Dumb Signal ("the service", "we") is a market-information tool that aggregates public posts from X (Twitter) accounts, classifies trade actions with AI, and grades each call with computed returns. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms.
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email — the email address is your account. You are responsible for access to that inbox. One account per person. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (see §5).
The free tier shows the curated default traders and never expires. New accounts start with a 14-day trial — no payment method required; the trial includes Pro features with up to 5 custom traders on top of the defaults, and when it ends you drop to the free tier automatically and nothing is charged. Pro ($29/month or $290/year when payments open) adds custom trader lists up to 100 accounts. Limits may be adjusted to prevent abuse. You can cancel anytime; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period, then the account returns to the free tier. Prices may change with notice; changes never apply retroactively to an already-paid period.
The service reports what public accounts post, plus arithmetic on public price data. It is not investment, legal, or tax advice; we are not a financial advisor, broker, or fiduciary. Signals may be wrong, delayed, misclassified, or incomplete. Markets are risky and you can lose money. Any trading decision is yours alone.
No scraping at abusive rates, no reselling the data or alerts, no attempting to access other users' data or non-public areas, no using the service to spam or harass the tracked accounts. Automated read access is welcome within reason (see robots.txt and llms.txt).
Posts shown on the service belong to their authors and are quoted from the public record with links to the originals. Our classifications, return grades, and site content are ours; you may quote them with attribution.
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (zero for free accounts).
You can stop using the service anytime and request account deletion at the contact email. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email, and continued use is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
