$CRDO is another one I'd like to build a position in, I started a partial position today. Going to try to take my time on this but at least started exposure. As not in a huge rush atm in the market.
For anything that I view as a longer term trade, I'll start doing a writeup on if I'm viewing it on a 6+ month lens.. So this one will receive that vs a trade. Which is typically days to weeks.

Grabbed some $EWY at 155.52, $AAOI at $93, $NBIS at 166.3, $SNDK at 1395. AAOI will be a longer term position for me, same with NBIS. Ewy and SNDK ill dump within the week most likely.
The one thing I would caution however is there's a very real possibility that we have some extended chop/sideways period due to the amount of deleveraging that occurred. I think it would be quite easy to get harmed each direction. At least until vol dies off a bit. These entries were the result of waiting 6 weeks. The market structure is pretty poor now overall, so I'd rather keep the higher conviction stuff, and start building those positions. As we could easily bleed lower. Will go into more of my detailed thinking tomorrow when I have some time. But the 6 weeks of waiting for these looks to be off to a great start each direction

Beam has a treasury that is worth more than the market cap. And we bought and burned over 200m worth of tokens. It was just in bear like anything else.
I also have all my tokens and am down over 8 figures on that. If someone would like to put up a million as a bet that this isnβt true. Iβd be happy to take that. Iβve never even taken my initials out since joining the team in Jan 2022

prob goes to .74-.75c in the near future imo around the time of the main-net release, with a pit stop around .60c likely.
the chart looks very constructive, I'm not sure ill hold it past that but its the first level that comes to mind off this support
This is a pretty small play for me, as just dipping my toes back into this specific market outside of hype. Just looking for some strong plays that have a good combination of FA + TA without the crap tokenomics

$GLXY this position was initiated with a current cost average of $26.74 They are building out the largest data center in the US. It's currently at resistance so I wouldn't exactly buy here. But either look for pullbacks, or a breakout and retest. This one Im about 60% long of the position size I want it to be. So still looking to accumulate. That is done through one brokerage being a core position, and a second for scalping and then adding the net profits to the main position.

The dip coming a bit sooner than expected. I nibbled a bit here at $55.5, but would ideally like the opportunity to add big in the low 50's for $HYPE. IF we get it. Which idk if we will or not
Of course, price wont move up in a straight line but the fundamentals have never been better and price discovery likely continues over the next few weeks. It just depends on your time frame. Some people think about where hype might be in 3-5 years, and some people think about 3-5 days. I think about both. if price is down even 1%, i wonder if my idea is invalidated, how could i be so stupid. if its up, I know im a fucking genius. Today I have been both, stupid, and a genius.
I also began a small position in $LIT. Down 20% on the day, would expect a decent recovery there. Not that these two are remotely the same thing.

$URA is another great one that is looking primed for a breakout. It continues to knock at this resistance with higher lows, feel its just a matter of days or weeks until we see a strong move higher. Only started building a position in the past week or so.
I do think with the energy/nuclear plays you need to take more of a longer term thesis though as opposed to what we've seen in the "ai bottlenecks". As the nuclear sector in general is going to take some time. AI is a huge tailwind of this obviously but the entire global sector is expected to expand with over 30 countries planning to triple nuclear capacity in the decade + ahead. Not to mention there's been a huge structural deficit. Supply can't respond quick enough so there is a multi-year or decade shortfall. We know two things. It is coming, and it will take time.

Absolute Worst case scenario things just kinda bleed out or go sideways for years while people invest in asset classes that go up or require allocation like defense, ai, robotics, etc with tangible results and fiduciary duties. And have charts like $mu that never give pullbacks (as someone who wanted one and never got one)

Trades post 10/10. They are quite similar in many ways to the trades I've taken since beginning of summer which all hinge on there being constant underlying demand, whether it was buybacks or dats. Post 10/10 I also felt was a flee to quality moment which hype represented best.
$HYPE, $PUMP, $CLANKER, $TAO
The first 3 did great, pump i sold too early and I got in at the lows too which kinda sucks. I left a lot on the table there. I almost got back in but there's just always so much uncertainty for me around whether there will be an airdrop or not.
HYPE has been amazing, and it is the reason Im back above 10/10 levels and at new port highs. It's carried me.
Clanker, I think has great upside and limited downside for now. it's yet to be seen if the revenues will remain a constant, but even with prev rev it has good support under 100m.
Tao I unfortunately got out of break even as well, and it's not above that. It just returned to my entry 500 times which I just don't like.
All of these have gone 50%+ in the past couple weeks. Outside of eth of course. But eth gave some nice trading ranges at least with good size.

My current tradfi setup is boring, but it's intentionally boring. We can go over it a bit now, and then later on get into more details around it.
I have viewed crypto as a barbell strategy since end of 21. Where, I take risk in crypto, but little risk outside it and nothing inbetween.. When money leaves, it never re-enters. That's a rule that I think the people who survive follow and allows you to hit "save game" on your net worth and compound wealth without the big drawdowns in this asset class.
At least twice a year I reset my trading account to a baseline number. The rest now goes into trad markets.
This year I shifted to a bit more risk from that complete barbell. Into a more traditional barbell. The design isn't for ultra high returns currently. But that can change as there is some flexibility
My current setup is something like this with different risk buckets:
1. Long/Short stocks and commodities
2: Hedge Fund exposure examples: (millennium, goldentree, discovery, chicago atlantic)
3. Bonds, purchased a bit before the last cuts (these will be rotated into stocks in a downturn) SPY box spreads via options
4. Very small vc exposure, private deals
Then some AQR delphi. There are a few funds within that. But one of them I'd highlight is AQR is for tax efficiency to offset some taxable gains
Very basic explanation of how they work.
You buy some stocks for $100.
Half of them go to 150
Half go to $50
The value is still the same. They then sell the losing stocks and immediately buy the closest beta to the stock they sold. So the bet is actually the same as well.
But now youβve locked in the $50 loss. But your portfolio is still the same value
On taxes it looks like you lost money. But the account value actually went up. You have realized losses but net portfolio gains. = tax offset, less tax paid and more gains and compounding.
