This is basically the $LINC and $UTI thesis. We need to re-skill millions of workers and the ones who get re-skilled first, will get huge wages due to the shortages.
A few thousand student body uptick, does a lot for a business with high fixed costs. Do the math. Think the Technical College trade has real legs...
