Barclays puts out a note about nuclear. It mentions Oklo and SMR. Huge upfront costs. That means they should be doing offerings. But they want the squeeze as much as the squeezers. I think that the insiders know better and no reason to pay up FIVE! for Oklo. The silliness continues

Witness American Express, it had a very strong loan posture, as did Wells, as did Bank of America. These are what we should be thinking about, not Western or Zions both of which have not, in my estimation, ever been regarded as strong in the credit department
