IGV brings down Oracle, MSFT, Palantir, Salesforce, Palo Alto, Applovin Crowdstrike Adobe, Intuit, ServiceNow --all because of ServiceNow and its margin compression... Cyber stocks should not be sold; they are the buys today

Again let HON come down. Let them sell!
$HON
The IGV was the preferred way to short traditional software. Could even take down hybrid MSFT
$MSFT
Remember, the takeaway from ServiceNow--like it or not--will be that ai is HURTING not helping them because of the decline in gross margins... That will translate into a decline in the IGV as the shorts will be back. NOW 3.89 weighting but it doesn't matter. Immediate transfer to the P-E firms with lots of software debt
$NOW
We have told club members that Honeywell almost always goes down after the quarter. But this quarter is NOT important. The moving up of the split is. Kneejerk selling that we have all gotten used to by people who don't know the power of the split or the company. It's almost humorous how they hit it EVERY time when it reports and then it bounces back. So go sell it--see you after the split. HON

Last night was beat and raise versus growth and risk: NOW and IBM. The software world is being rocked by the COST of AI which is very expensive
$NOW$IBM
With the decline in ServiceNow's stock anticipate declines in the Blue Owl cohort...
$NOW
Lot of IBM hating--may not deserve it... Market only has eyes for data center... Wish the banks would rally or health care!!!

Here we go again --enterprise software....and NOW did beat but not big enough

I feel the same way about Google and Broadcom. Yesterday we read a media report that Google is going to announce a big deal with Marvell. I love Marvell as everyone knows and have more than once broken stories there. I don't expect Marvell to announce a big deal NOW on top of the Broadcom deal from the week before....

I am sure that there will be chatter that Anthropic, like Amazon, like Alphabet, is trying to wean itself from Nvidia. I just think there is a massive compute shortage and the big dogs want some of everything they can get their hands on
$NVDA$AMZN$GOOGL
Amazon has compute so Anthropic has to pay for their compute and let them invest in the company. Circular deals are meant to puff up earnings. No earnings are being puffed here, believe me. However we are seeing a solid return on the data center now.. Jensen was right all along
$AMZN$NVDA
While it is possible that there could be a sizable deal one day between Marvell Tech and Google, the only big deal is with Broadcom and reports otherwise are not on point
