Once you saw the stock of Chevron break you knew the oil futures would come with it. Then it was just a matter of picking your semis and trying to figure if they would cover their software shorts or just sticking with the data center and cyber security as per the gift of Anthropic.

The way it works is pretty incredible. At first we know that whoever speaks up for Iran doesn't really matter. What does matter is that if you are short you cannot overstay your welcome. There was terrific short covering yesterday, especially in Nvidia, Microsoft and Broadcom (the announcement with MRVL was BAD for Broadcom and it didn't matter0
