It would be something if Berkshire put up prefab homes from Clayton on all of that land that Taylor Morrison has

1st mention
Berkshire Hathaway buying Taylor Morrison, small deal, but shows that there may be value in the hated homebuilders...

You couldn't give Salesforce away at $174 yesterday, now it is at 191. Go figure.

The winner beyond Dell is Nvidia but the stock is heavy again. I don't think that can last especially with Jensen Huang's speech at Computex Monday in Taiwan.
$NVDA
While things do look muted I do think there could be some excellent pin action off of the Dell call. Intel, AMD, ARM all make a ton of sense and i know you don't want to hear i but this is another example of NVDA dominance...

Part of the Costco ho-hum stock performance this evening--and tomorrow i guess, is that the analysts were so bored and listless, nit-picking about a very good quarter. The company did fine.
$COST
you might be wondering why Costco isn't up more after hours. Remember they tell us how they are doing each month so unless the third month of the quarter is something shocking you can't expect anything big either way..

I've got this chapter in my book about how to read a conference call. This Dell quarter is a dream-come-true conference call session. If you are serous about buying a stock, read this conference call to know how a pro--Jeff Clarke- runs a call. The analysts are all astounded....
$DELL
As i kept emphasizing at the top of these last two shows, you have to embrace the bull when it comes to real AI like what Dell delivers or ARM or Snowflake or Intel or AMD or AMAT or Nvidia --and yes the latter is still the king.

Furious that I missed Dell, grateful that i emphasized how i think the world of Dell at the top of the CNBC Investing Club meeting. I hate shilling for anything but jeez the Investing Club is a bargain. And a signed book, too!! Give it a shot!

Look, i get it, CRM has now run 8 points. But i have said we are going to stick with it and we would have bought more but we are frozen

It is hard to hate CRM at $174 with the model switch and the HUMILITY

One other point worth pondering. We are hearing analysts express outward, genuine surprise about some of these data center equipment numbers. They can't believe it. And it isn't the usual cheerleading, it's actually real. Go listen to Snowflake and MRVL
$SNOW$MRVL
Meanwhile i am starting to see Nvidia's stock selling for maybe as low as 10x the 2027 estimates. It remains the best positioned and the fastest grower (and the weakest stock) Oddity? Confusion? Opportunity? I hope Nvidia is buying when the market is selling
$NVDA
Marvell-- data center biz grew 46% y-o-y in fy 2026, now projecting 50% in fy 2027 and 55% in fy 2028. And people ask why do these kinds of stocks do so well. You can't get this kind of growth anywhere else!!!
$MRVL
Matt Murphy's Marvell growing double digit sequential revenue growth with huge optical roadmap. The man IS the Signal. The competition may be the Noise

Snowflake, blowout--CRM, to be continued

Oh boy, the Zscaler call was tough when it said two sales leaders left and it warned of slowing sales. The analysts, or at least most of the analysts, showed great respect to Jay and his team. But it didn't matter....
