i dont see any reason to rush to bid, if you were lucky enough to buy spot hype at 20 or something like that with a crazy entry that dislocated way further than other exchanges then yea hold that but we are day 1 of the trump/macro pivot again and stocks have been vertical since april, even if it doesnt amount to anything serious theres room for pullback and crypto is not going to outperform stock indices if they keep sliding would pay attention to bitcoin, still believe this is the best environment for it as an asset by far and it has massively lagged gold, so watching for relative strength there is good idea alts are just very unlikely to V-bottom from here, you can look at may 2021 / dec 2021 or feb 3rd 2025 for similar liquidations & following price action but they'll likely trade sideways/down in a bracketed range for awhile - theres zero reason to try to be a hero especially when stocks have already been massively outperforming alts this cycle but you likely will be able to be reactive to another headline similar to the one friday if things dont escalate, if they do escalate then its better to be risking off into bounces and waiting, trading trump's presidency has been as easy as going risk off when he says to and going risk on when they pivot back
