@phil_hk @michaeljburry All good points on Wharf. I think it works anyway. Tourism is picking up again I really like Hysan. Though wish they’d pay down the prefs here. Lee Gardens is an amazing asset. Great Eagle is such a crazy discount to NAV. Why no buybacks??

This is basically the $LINC and $UTI thesis. We need to re-skill millions of workers and the ones who get re-skilled first, will get huge wages due to the shortages. A few thousand student body uptick, does a lot for a business with high fixed costs. Do the math. Think the Technical College trade has real legs...
