That is Palantir's narrative for sure. Acknowledging that Palantir does data consolidation and modeling acknowledges a good part of my short thesis. Data consolidation is not a defensible long-term or intermediate-term strategy as it will rapidly become a lot easier for companies and even government agencies to spin up themselves what Palantir does. Data integration and modeling as Palantir does it is a consultant's job, and is not worth the sales multiples of software subscription businesses at their apex. Before ChatGPT, NDR was crashing and the business model was broken because customers were not sticking. A read through both pieces of my work show the reason is clear, and the accounting is the final tell. The company is a consultant relying on relationships, and it is hot because LLMs are new and there is FOMO in C-Suites. The company I believe has benefited for some time from a very friendly large government customer with brass that own Palantir shares. A temporarily hot consultant like this, as shown from many angles over 16,000 words, is not worth anywhere near the current valuation, let alone a higher valuation. Unlike many companies, where the risk is slower growth, or no growth, the risk with Palantir is a severe, permanent drop in revenues by the end of the decade. The financial analysis, accounting, and history show this clearly.

The Blessed Fraud Recurrence addresses, in long form, questions raised in the original Unicorns & Cockroaches: Blessed Fraud article about AI buildout depreciation schedules and potential earnings overstatement by the hyperscalers. Here, I admit it - AI really is like electrification, #Nvidia GPU failure rates, Power is an inventory problem, and why I short $NVDA. "Nevertheless, faulty Nvidia GPUs and GPU memory made up almost half the failures. This amounts to about a 9% failure rate if extended over the first year. That does not seem too bad. 1 in 10 chips, not great, but not bad. Due to the way GPUs are used synchronously during training, one faulty GPU could lay low potentially thousands more GPUs. There are countermeasures that are indeed used, but they all have a cost and involve maintenance, which is not free. Of course the failure rate will be higher the 2nd year, and higher still the 3rd year, and we do not have that data for the Nvidia chip. We do have lots of data on semiconductors in general."

So, I bought 50,000 of these things for $1.84. Each of those things is 100 doodads. So I spent $9,200,000, Not $912,000,000. @CNBC @WSJ @FT Each of those doodads let me sell $PLTR at $50 in 2027. That was done last month. On to much better things Nov 25th.
