easier to think in 4 month cycles instead of a 4 year cycle imo forces you to be more intentional with trades & selecting outperformers over a shorter time frame then compounding trades even if you believe 4 year cycle holds, specific alts typically only outperform aggressively for a 3-4 month period also conditions you into taking profits regularly into momentum, instead of bagholding, if past few years have been an indication of anything it should be that the only non-disruptable tech in crypto is bitcoin -- Jan23 - Mar23 [injective, cfx, ai stuff] Oct23-Mar24 [solana, tao, hnt, bonk/wif] Aug24-Jan25 [sui, xrp, dinos, spx, fartcoin] Apr25-?? [hype] -- don't know what current trend leaders are tbh, to me looks like pumpdotfun & binance cartels there will be a lot of new launches to sift through now & over the next few months, & its also not clear to me which memecoin is/will emerge as leader in that sector
