how else do you explain a new perp dex doing 1/3rd of binance's daily volume in the first week post launch while other perp dexes volume remains consistent? it is either traders moving their activity from binance to farm aster, or parties connected to binance pushing volume to drive fees to the platform - either way its same outcome of some % of binance revenue now being directed towards a protocol with a token uncertain of how committed to this they will be but if they do buybacks on it then yea it will be real $$$
