id say a lot of the winners in defi have been established on solana and ethereum already, basics like lending/borrowing protocols, liquid staking, dexes etc. - but haven't been established in the hyperliquid ecosystem yet where there is also a lot of liquidity & attention one interesting area could be building tooling around the most profitable addresses on hyperliquid since all of the positions are publicly onchain, think ppl would pay for a subscription type of service that doubles as a user interface for scanning relevant information on tokens & launches as well as an interface for getting notified on activity from certain traders
